Yamaha EMX512SC

Hi,

I'm an absolute noob and just signed up today.  I have pretty much no electronics experience (although I have used a soldering iron once or twice in the past...) but am looking to learn.

The mixer will not turn on.

I have tried different power cables and checked the continuity of the internal fuse.

Apparently this is a common problem with this particular model. What component needs to be replaced to solve the issue please? Here is a link to a youtube video with someone having the same issue:
