Yamaha HTR-5835 C405 Capacitor Replacement 437k 400el

I have a Yamaha HTR-5835 Receiver that has power issues.

The other day it was on, but then shut off. Hit the power button, heard a click, then it wouldn't do anything. That was 2 week ago. I unplugged it today, plugged it back it in, it clicks, but nothing... this happens about 3 times before nothing. Unplug, plug, repeat, same thing. I did some research and saw that there is a common capacitor problem with that at C405.

1. Does that sound like the issue?

2. If so, the capacitor says 473K 400eI Does anyone know of an exact replacement for that?
