Yamaha TX-400U Tuner station memory not working.
« on: August 02, 2022, 02:21:09 pm »
I have a Yamaha TX-400U tuner that I listen to a few times per week. Recently, it stopped holding the stations that I programmed into it's program memory. When power on, it is not on the station it was on when last turned off. Most of the time it is at 1010 AM when first powered up. I don't see a battery, what cap could be faulty?

Is it a 4.7Farad or .047Farad cap? I found the manual online and it is C143 which they list as 47000uf 5.5 volt.
