Readable Service Manual HP4275A needed

Hi Forum,
I'm searching for a readable version of the Service Manual of HP4275A. Any suggestion is warmly welcome :-)
The offical (old scan) version on Keysight homepage has a bad quality.

In detail, I'm searching for the part to supply the DUT with DC voltage up to 200VDC and block this DC from the AC measuring signal
