Help identifying a burnt chip

Hello everyone!

I'm struggling to identify this component for replacement. Can't find the thing anywhere!

Brand seems to be PTC, I don't know the logo or the company.
Text in the component:
PT2N50S1 or PT2N5081 / CCN02A / 1AG302

Looks like some kind of complementary pair MOSFET. It is a PT2N50 by "Princeton Technology Corp".
