Hi Everyone
I have a failed zener diode with 22A 51 written on it. Would anyone know how I can find a replacement?

This is actually very likely a TVS diode https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/240/media-3320418.pdf

I see this a lot on newer boards where ZD refers to a TVS diode.

Thanks for your help. That would make more sense than it being a Zener.
