Title: Rohde &Schwarz VNA ZVA 50 output power level low

Hello，I have an Rohde&Schwarze zva 50.The analyzer's output power level is set to zero,port 1's output power in all frequency band is -30dbm,and port 2's output power is -40dbm.Now I think the RF output amp chip is defective.But I have no information about this chip.Can anyone recognise this chip?The markings are DA9DB.The company's logo looks as shown in the picture.
