Weird, got some springs and knobs and nothing in the manual or youtube.

If ender3 there are some videos that show instalation and leveling.
In manual there is a section how to leveling and also the build instructions, they are clear

Yes its very easy, i also have another difference :
The PSU screw holes have to be on the right side of the beam else the bed hits the PSU.
