Can anyone help?

I am wondering if this 2 Channel 70Mhz can be firmware upgraded by buying the appropriate Agilent option to 4 channel?

No, not possible. It's only physically got the two channels on the front.

Yes, smart to but the most basic 4 channel you can get, then you can always software upgrade other stuff later.

My thoughts exactly.

Agilent is offering a 100% discount (free upgrade) for the Wavegen and DVM modules till end August. So, seems like a good deal to get one before then.
