Thanks for sharing, it looks very well made, with the proprietary Escort labeled ICs easily seen.  Who did you get it from, and what, if you could share, was your final cost?

I got the same one from eBay, 2 things I dont like:

Short beep for diode test does not work all the time, all units have this problem.
Very slow Min-Max response for DC.
Slow continuity response.

I have feeling that some manufacturers does not want to make all features to work well in order to be able to push they more expensive multimeters.
