This manufacturer is not much well-known.

The TC 6000 family charger was bought in 8/2010 and still works fine. I don't like the plastic sliding contacts, but they seem to be quite solid. They are not going to break. On the other hand, most other chargers have steel sliding contacts...

I identified all the ICs. There is a Samsung microcontroller, power mosfets and a step down converter.
There is an external 230V to 12V DC power adaptor.
