BGA re-balling station recommendations

I am thinking of buying a BGA rework station.   I see a lot of them on eBay from PRC with names like 853, 862, 890 etc. with price increasing as the numbers get bigger.   

Are they any good or should I be looking for something else?  Recommendations welcome.   Pre-owned may be a good option as the toy fund is always limited.
