Hello,
I would like to buy a BGA Reballing Station for desoldering and resoldering FPGA chips like this below on the image. Do you know to suggest me a trusted reballing station or what specs I have to look?
I have never use a reballing station.

For reballing i use this jig.

For PGA soldering/desoldering i use this preheater.

For larger PCBs or ICs you may need to look at larger tools but these work for most of the work i do.

Also I found the "IR Preheating Plate T-8280 PUHUI" that have positive feedbacks but I will need an extra arm to hold the heat gun.
