Branded/Named 858D hot air stations VS Generic/Nameless 858D hot air stations

Hi everyone, I'm new to the blog but have been following Dave's videos for a long time now. No surprise i cam across his review on the Atten 858D hot air station! Been wanting to buy one for quite a while as I have a low budget and that's pretty much the one that fits... I'm stuck on whether to buy a 858D which has a name such as 'yihua', 'atten', 'youyue' etc printed on it OR a Genric, nameless one that has quite a good number of reviews (I guess cos it's way cheaper than named ones)??

Any help as soon as possible would be very appreciated! Key questions:
1. Any fundamental or important differences between the two (named VS unnamed, in general) ?
2. I know none is guaranteed safe and I'm going to test earthing and AC wiring anyways, but anything else regarding safety that I'm not aware of?
