Do you know how to remove the driver PCB?

Based on the (lack of) information in those photos, the surest way to remove the PCB would be to use a crowbar.
More sensibly, your company should simply buy another.
(I say "company" since your questions traditionally are "we" rather than "I", and I'm sure you wouldn't be so presumptious to use the "Royal we".)

Is that silicone covering the screws? Probably just some screws to take it off.
Then measure the FETs to see if its just one or all shorted. The gate driver may have failed as well.
