Title: De soldering station solder peak sp 1020D question

I just bought the Solder Peak 1010D
Manual seems quite lacking in the assembly part.
I have a rubber disc with a hole in it I have no idea where is to be placed (see picture)
Anyone know?

The rubber disc is the seal that goes into the front of the desoldering gun. See this video for details:
