Dnipro-M tools, any opinions?

TL;DR: is Dnipro-M a reputable tools manufacturer?

Long version:
Recently a big subset of my hand tools were stolen, so in need to replace them, from hand screwdrivers, thru grinder and drill, to air compressor. Most of them were old, so not many battery operated items, but in 2024 seems reasonable to substitute some by cordless ones.

And recently discovered, really near to my family home in Madrid (ES), a Dnipro-M store full of tools. Prices seemed reasonable, but what surprissed me was for a business of this kind opening a shop here. Serious hardware stores here are more and more scarce and, when one needs some tool, usually ends in a large surface like Leroy Merlin, full of crap, or buys the Lidl version, but this, a single brand tool store? Here? Now? Really? 

So, I'm curious about this brand/franchise.

Does anybody have any experience with these Dnipro-M tools?
