Ebay 800W AC-DC Adjustable SWPS.... Intended use???.......

There are a bunch of sellers with similar adjustable power supplies on the ebays in the 500-1000W range.  No part number, no data sheet.

Interesting but minimal description spec:

Output Power: 800W
Input Voltage: AC100-120V or 200-240V(Pls leave message which one you need)
Output Voltage: 0-100V DC Adjustable
Output Current : 0-8A Adjustable

Anyone played with one of these? 
Any idea what they were intended for? 
Wonder what the output looks like.
