FNIRSI DWS-200
Recent review; not super extensive (doesn't answer all the usual questions) but the product looks like it has potential.

We bought couple of them at work to replace old Weller stations, all of them had 90V on the tip (against PE), we damaged couple of boards before we realized it. It is too low current to even feel it but mosfet gates are destroyed. All of them had a component grounding the tip not fitted so we fitted a jumper there.

What are the best test procedures to determine if a soldering station is properly wired so as to avoid resistance, leakage, grounding issues, etc.?  Any step by step test procedures published anywhere?  Thx

Measure tip resistance to earth of power socket on station.
Measure AC voltage on tip wrt earth with iron powered on.
Can check the power lead and power socket outlet is properly earthed while you are at it.
