is there any way to do time sharing with a ham radio antenna

Yes. There are online enabled transcievers that you can sign up for (provided you are licensed) to operate. I am going for my license this weekend so mostly I have just been listening on webSDR which allows a lot of people to license to one antenna.

I second local clubs, our club here in Edmonton has many antenna's and transeivers you can use as a club member.
