Homemade Handheld Generator

Low power handheld generator I built out of scrap parts only, initially just to test that it is possible to build anything from scrap. It looks like it could fit to Metro 2033 game . First test with neon bulb tlo-1-2 and wall power supply with 12V 100mA output feeding 5 groups of 3 orange led's and 330 ohm resistor (dumpster dive led strip pieces) resulted successful.
The motor has a magnetic rotor and stationary coil, it also has a servo gearbox, that is now used to turn up the speed, all metal gears, I also removed a locking mechanism from the inside of the motor.
