If something happens with the live, that's why the Earth leakage circuit breakers are for, even the neutral will trigger it, having only 5-6 volts difference to earth.
I have a 858D myself, I'm happy with it.
The only safety issue I found was the earth wire not making contact with the housing due the paint. Scratched it, done.
Everything else is properly wired and earthed.
