I need my package at home

I need an electronic thrilling machine which is only available in USA but how can I get my item outside the USA. Please suggest. Thanks!

First of all, welcome to the forum, I see it is your first post.

Secondly, what is a Thrilling machine? (sounds very thrilling)

Third, you have a US flag as your country flag, please explain why you can't get this item.
