Looks like Chinese updated the screen only?

I think this may be an entirely new board.  It is set up for a JBC245 and not a T12.  I wonder if they are using the STC based controller board that provides 3-way compatibility to the T12, JBC245 and JBC210?  If you check out their site a little further, they have a more expensive, transformer based JBC245 compatible soldering station as well, now.
