Title: LPKF: Won't Mill Spaces Between Pours

I designed a single layer PCB with gaps between the copper pours and I'm trying to make it on a LPKF S64. The machine will mill the outline of the copper pours but it will never remove copper between the pours even though I have the full rubout box checked. Does anyone have suggestions or experience with this? I'm sure there's a setting somewhere or a way to define gerber layers that fixes this.

How big is the gap between the pours?
