JBC JTSE-1UA Tips Issue

We're having trouble with a JBC JTSE-1UA unit that we just purchased.  The tips that came with the unit fall off when pointed downward and won't stay on unless bent a bit.  Is this a common issue? Is there a better source for tips for this unit? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a tab to bend on them.
Probably just not a great design.

Thanks for the information.  However, the ones that came with ours didn't have the tabs. Now that I see this option I'll make sure to order those going forward.  Thank you again.
