No luck on ebay. I looked for the product on Taobao and found out that it is referred to as UL2468 or 2468-26. Here is a source that you could order from: https://world.taobao.com/item/45414262362.htm (https://world.taobao.com/item/45414262362.htm). I have no experience with this seller (just picked a random one).

Out of curiosity, what's the purpose of the markings?

For the colour blind?

this is cheaper than colored ribbon cable and easier to make. the marking is just an ink squirter.
note that this cable is NOT 2.54mm pitch ! it is not for double row idc connectors but for those single line crimp connectors like JST PH XH and likes. It is a 2mm pitch.
this is used to make harnesses. you split off the wires one end can have  a 16 pin and a 4 pin and the other side a bunch of 3 pins , 4 pins or whatever. they are commonly used in TV and audiovisual equipment to interconnect circuit boards.

i want to use them in a 3d printer. i have a large 20 pin on one side and then a bunch of 2 3  4and 5 pins on the other end going to various elements.  the striping makes it easy to keep follow the wires...
