I want to read my xc95108 plcc84 and write program in new chip , means cloning of chip

if it's not XC95108"F", it will can read via JTAG.

it may or may not be readable. if the security bit is enable, there is nothing you can do.

It can't be read in isp mode, but on socket mode can be read in elnec, and I have definitely sure that I have unlocked master chip

Hi,

All Elnec adapters are chipped.

It's easier to find LabTool48 (XP/UXP) and make an adapter for it.
