Pace yourself for efficent hood desoldering techniques

Not as nice as PACE tools but wow, its so easy to construct all the various sizes.. you can actually do it in 2 seconds with stuff from home depot for what looks to be a very usable soldering iron head. the only caviat is that you need a beastly soldering iron

with a bit of filing it looks like you can even turn it into tweezers so you can yank the chip off without tweezers in the other hand.
