PCB Ruler out of whack?

This AvE? PCB ruler seems way out of whack.
It's not the EEVblog uRuler at fault.

Ok, turns out it was extreme parralax error in the previous photo due to the thickness of the AvE ruler

It can't be that thick. But it does look like it's not lying flat on the white background in the first picture. It is either bent, or the Twitter poster intentionally lifted one end of the ruler off the table to take that photo, to take people for a ride.
