Reasonably Priced, Generic Crimp Tool for JST SNAC3 064 Terminal

Does anybody have experience with JST terminal SNAC3-A021T-M0.64?  I'm desperately looking for a cheaper tool to crimp these properly without spending 9K (and waiting 27 weeks).  I have already ordered an applicator, but with the 8 weeks we have to wait, I'm looking for a temporary option to do some prototyping.  This is part of JST's BMSC automotive connector series as well as a number of other JST series.

It might be worth to randomly try a few tools for crimps of an approximately similar size, in the hope that one of those is good enough for prototyping purposes. The datasheet doesn't have all dimensions of the contacts, but perhaps a tool for 2.54 mm pitch pin headers might work crudely enough. There's a thread with various suggestions for that:

If the thing being prototyped is the board the PCB connector is going to attach to, then if it were me, I'd consider designing a little conversion board, soldered with PCB pins that will fit into the footprint of the PCB connector, and the conversion board would have a cheaper alternative connector (e.g. flat flex, or 2.54 mm pin headers, or screw terminals, or whatever. That board would then be dedicated to prototyping only.

From the looks of that contact’s geometry, I suspect it won’t be a difficult to find a crimper that works. The overall size of the crimp area is very similar to DuPont, so I suspect most of the crimpers in my big thread (the one shabaz links to above) should work okay.

I found a 5 nest small terminal crimper on Amazon for $24.00USD, PEBA 2 nests are rounded for the insilation, came next day.
I think the model was M3020  made by PEBA.
I was looking for one for the smaller Molex terminals, along with removal tools and terminals.
