Seeking for help in Hercules LVS in Synopsys

So I'm "lay-outing" a resistor in Synopsys, I ran a Hercules DRC to check and it's clean
So when I tried to run a Hercules LVS to check it, it doesn't work
right now I have a filename called empty.subckt, how can I use that subcircuit in order to run a LVS check in my layout?
