I have one more problem though. I use a stand with the SHAKE pin connected to it. When I lift the tip off the stand and put the station into sleep mode by pressing the encoder twice, it sometimes wakes up by itself. Without me touching it. I'm not sure why this is happening. Maybe some interference?

What stand are you using?
moffet:
This happens when the handle is off stand and the station is put into sleep mode by double pressing the encoder.
But I've added a capacitor between the shake pin and ground to filter any noise and it looks it helped.

It was your comment about using a stand connected to the shake pin. I was curious what stand you were using that could sense or detect the handle. I don't see many.

I had to make an isolation between the body and a wire sponge because it was triggering the sleep mode when cleaning the tip.
I chose the c245 version and made a small modification to place t12 handle.

Ive got the ksger board as shown in the image, cant seem to find the resistor draining the battery but the battery is always dead so i assume its there, the github also mentions this is a bad LDO design board, could someone explain the best fix for my situatuion? I plan on desoldering the batttery and using the connector bottom left instead aswell as replacing the MM32 with a genuine one i have flashed the cfw onto.
Im also wondering what the input voltage for these units are? Ive seen people use these with milwaukee batterys etc.
Also any ideas what connector i would need bottom left? Its not a JST ph2.0
Cheers :)
