That layout around the opto is indeed a laugh.
And what is cheap, for 50% more you have a TDK-Lambda PSU with 100000+ MTBF

These PSUs (i always buy them, the only problem is to still have a cabinet to keep dust out) , this one has a bit less amps because they go in steps of 25W's
