U173xC firmware update

Just a heads up there is a version 00.21 firmware update available. Looks like it is 6 months old but I'm sure it hasn't been posted on the Agilent web site for that long.

Only documented change says "Improve 10kHZ measurement stability".

Fimware updating was pretty painless but does require a USB interface (specific to the LCR meters and 1401 calibrators not same as the multimeters).

Good to know it is updatable so they might improve other things like the stupid ESR mode and flakey relative mode.

thank's for the info.
Bought my 1733C in August 2011 and it has firmware version 00.20.

So made the update .. can be done very easy.
