@rteodor, are you using the same PSU @watchmaker mentioned?

Its PinePower 120W desktop (EU). I don't know if there are differences from (US).

Well I think it's safe to assume it grounds the USB.

In any case, the Pinecil provides ground points. The Kaiweets does not - I'll see if by grounding the USB shield the voltage at the tip goes away otherwise it's just something to consider when purchasing.
