Using an air rework station

Hi all!!

   I'll be getting a Quick 861DW 1000W Digital Rework Station this week and would like to know if someone can direct me to some tutorials on how to use an air rework station. I don't think that it needs to be done with a Quick station as long it explains how to set air/temperature. I know practice makes perfect I know but it's nice to see and understand how to use it.
