There is a new kind of wall imaging tool out now that appears to use millimeter waves - which give a reading of density(?) capacitance(?) Inductance(?) inside of walls.

I have a number of possible use cases which would be helped tremendously if I was able to really 'see through the walls'. One example is bathroom renovation. It would be extremely helpful to be able to know what was behind tile etc, before tearing into it. More info than a stud finder gives me.

I'm wondering if these sensors can be bought on their own and if they can interface with a laptop computer to get better images.
