Degem Electronics LTD Digital Logic System Board?

These things are at my local auctioneer, I got a 5 dollar bid on them and from past experience most likely will win them for that price, my area is not too hip on tech stuff. And no I don't really know what the hell they are, I assume some sort of digital logic training tools?

The auction is for 2 of them, maybe if I win i'll send one in to the mailbag...
