Do anyone know the difference between the Weller Pyropen Junior (T0051607599) and the Weller WSTA2 Pyropen Junior (T0151618199)?
The look exactly the same, so does the specs.

Looks same to me, maybe one is an older revision.
I would rather use a KSGER C210 handle powered from a battery. But no hot air from that.

the hot air from those is really hot, you can do teflon heat shrink safely with the catalytic heater attachment
open flame for heat shrink = bad
