help me to finalize the hunt

ok I relly need to finalize my hunt for an oscilloscope.

I'm now fixed with a product: Rigol DS1052E

and have two shopping options.

Buy from dealextreme

I heard that dealextreme has this sudden product unavailable thing. You order one and has to wait forever to product to become available in stocks and ship. and they don't have this live help thing that I can use to ask them whether stocks are available before make my order.
But on the other hand dealextreme is pretty famous and has lot of user review.

As for the dealexcel, they are not famous but I havent read any user comment saying sudden stock unavailable problem like with dealextreme. but have read bad buyer experience posted in this with rigol oscilloscope brought from dealexcel.

So I'm very much appreciate if you can share your opinion and your experience with these two stores.

dealexcel: some people complained about long time delivery and not so good packaging

about dealexcel : I thought dealextreme is the place where we get delays
