Hello due to the amount of circuitry i build on breadboards i thought it would be nice to start crimping my own cables.
But as i was searching and could not find a thing i thought that i might have been searching for the wrong thing.
I need pin headers that will attach on wires and can be housed inside a molex connector like this.

You mean like these?

TE Connectivity Val-U-Lok
Molex Micro-Fit
Molex Mini-Fit
Molex Milli-Grid

The last one may be the closest to what you are looking for.

For breadboards, the cheapest solution is to go on eBay or Amazon.co.uk (considering you're in Greece) and get breadboard wires

For example:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Male-to-Male-Solderless-Flexible-Breadboard-Jumper-Cable-Wires-65Pcs-for-Arduino-/140741160579?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item20c4d3ae83
http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-210pcs-Male-to-Male-Solderless-Flexible-Breadboard-Jumper-Leads-Cable-Wires-/400446194816?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d3c740480

But there's plenty of other sellers, just search for "breadboard wires" or similar keywords.

You can't really beat 210 cables for 5-6$ ... that's super cheap.

If you really want to make your own, buy some 1 row, multiple pin headers like this one :

http://www.ebay.com/itm/10pcs-40-Pin-1x40-Male-2-54-breakable-pin-header-/400476818274?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d3e474b62

You can use some nail clippers or a knife to cut them into separate pins and solder wire to them.  You can go to local stores and search for network cable, either solid strand or with several thin strands of copper in each wire.
You can just remove the jacket of the cable and you have inside the network cable eight thinner wires each colored differently so you can cut the wire to size and solder the wire to the pins.  But basically, by the time you solder the pins, and cut the pins and all that, you'll find out those ready made wires are more attractive and easier to use.

Molex KK series (same kind of connectors you see on 3-4 pin PC fans) are good for general purpose 2.54mm / 0.1" duty.

For bread boarding, I find SOLID core cat5/6 cable is quite good. The cheap ones off ebay tend to break easily and are pretty flimsy.

Thats why i wanted to make my own ... so i can buy housings (2x2 or 5x1 housings) to plug the cables into.I got some thingies from ebay that their insulation comes off and some thimes the part of metal that it is soldered on to the wire just seperates from the wire and stays into the breadboard....

Chris, you can buy both male and female pins off ebay, but perhaps you live in a city like Athens, in which case you can buy them locally. For instance, Fanos in Athens stocks them. I wouldn't really bother with housings, unless I definitelly had to. Instead of housings, I use some heatshrink (2mm) and insulate the ends. In any case, you'll also need a crimper and this one is a reasonably priced one.
