Workstation / lab bench - cannot find top sliding trays

I currently have an IAC industries workstation and know they do not make trays for their drawers.  But I know that we used to have them in other workbenches.  This is a sliding metal tray or organizer that just sits on the rails in your bench drawers for frequently used stuff like small pliers, drivers, occasional parts, etc.

Does anyone know of a source for a bench drawer top tray?  They may sit on Pendaflex rail spacings but not sure about that.
