Hakko 936 Key card

I've got a used Hakko 936 which I am planning to give a friend for Christmas. Though I don't have an original key card for it. So I always used a piece of cardboard to change the temperature. Now I am wondering if someone has the exact measurements (or could upload a scan) of the key card as I'd like to make something more durable out of plastic.

The company I work for has probably 15+ Hakko 937s... every single one of them with cardboard wedged in it.

But a friend did get this measurement for me. I'm not sure if a 937 card is the same as a 936 (the 888ish blue key doesn't fit, found plenty of those.)

Thank you for those measurements. I don't really get those key cards either. So easily they are lost. As I also have got a 937 (with a cardboard key card) I believe those are the same. So once I get home I make a few nicer ones with your measurements and hopefully this will be a nice Christmas gift.

I don't think they ever made a 936 with a key card.

This is a really old thread, but wanted to point out that the width is .98 inches (probably 25mm officially), not 9.8 as given in the diagram above. An old hotel key card or credit card should work fine for this. See my results in https://www.eevblog.com/forum/reviews/hakko-937-key-card-dimensions/
