Title: #167 Drake L4B Quick Fix

Someone dropped off a Drake Amplifier that had the smoke let out.
Lets take a quick look and see if we can repair it.

Thanks Sue. Was a easy fix on this one.  Almost had decided it was not worthy of a video. But this is the third one I have seen blow that circuit out.
