You could post more details and a larger photo about what device that VCO is in and what is it used for.
The package is a bit unusual, as there seems to be seven discrete lines and not just the usual Vtune, VCC and RF out.
It's Samsung branded and often the numbers on the can can point towards a frequency range, like 1885MHz in this case.

Do you have an idea when the device was manufactured? That might help on tracking down the Samsung catalog that covers that era of VCO's.
