« on: June 21, 2024, 03:49:46 am »
Hello. My 7300 had a hard time turning on this morning and would not turn off. Has anyone replaced there switch? Easy, difficult?

You can leave the 7300 turned on and switch off the power supply without a problem. That is how Icom radios with an Ethernet connection (9700, 7610, etc) are turned on/off when used remotely. Crude but effective.

Email Icom.
Used to work for them, ..they may be nice & send you a replacement switch (I would)  :)
Service manual is online: http://logqslbyc.com/qsl/icom/IC-7300_Servicio.pdf
