A06 MMIC Identification
« on: June 09, 2022, 04:27:41 pm »

I acquired a box full of components from a microwave product manufacturer who shut down. In the box was a bin full of HP 43035's 6GHz transistors, a ton of ATC caps, and a bin full of MMICs marked 'A06'.

Short of mounting one up and trying to characterize it, any ideas what it might be?

Thanks!
Bob
