About an old RF Switch

I am looking for any type of information about the handling of the Olektron RSV1202HF.

It is a 12 x 2 RF switch managed via RS232, for more tests I do not manage, via telnet I get a response from it at 9600 Baud but everything ends there.

Can someone guide me?
