As stated, everything is in the datasheet.
As far as an XLS file just make your own from the calculations in the datasheet.
There is no "current circuit" It's a module to buy from China or wherever you buy modules in your local area.
As far as the frequency being that low, I don't know if it will operate there.
The project is on hold due to the availability of RF signal generator(s) that I ordered capable of harmonic generation, arrived after 3+ months delay from my post above.
It will be picked back up after the backlog of other projects have been completed.
